If you’re not doing anything that’s anabolic outdoors, I don’t care how much gym time you have, you’re fucking soft!

I miss my wood stove back home in MA!
I used to have to cut every log that went into my stove because I was able to get a better deal on bigger logs… Didn’t use the electric at all for three winters in a row. It’s a hell of a lot of labor and a lot of fun too. Definitely keeps you busy and moving in those long northern winters.
Also made for great mood lighting for me and the wife getting that good amber light in the evenings.

  2. You can’t even run when you’re vegan, your body doesn’t get enough protein and healthy fats for recuperation of your damn legs! There seems to be strong push for vegetarian diet for the masses, since producing vegetarian food is a lot cheaper then farming animals. Soon we all will be probably forced to eat some kind of vitaminized soy biscuits, while ruling elite enjoys juicy steak.

  3. Sheeet how am I gonna fit in my skinny jeans with all those muscles?
Worse yet, what if I feel like identifying as a UGLY bearded woman ? Muscles will only make for a more difficult transition.

    1. Half these guys working out in gyms are afraid to get their hands dirty. They’d run away from a fuckng garden snake and hop the fence if they saw a little spider.

  4. Hey Rich, I remember you recommending for us who work at a desk for 8-10 hours a day to stand and move as much as possible.
What do you think about using a standing desk and walking on a mini-stepper like the one bellow ?
